Food Distribution Volunteer
Help sort, pack, and distribute food to families in need at our Smyrna, TN food pantry. No experience necessary — just a willing heart and comfortable shoes.
Commitment: 1 Saturdays per month, 2.5 hours per session.
Youth Program Mentor
Work one-on-one or in small groups with young people ages 13–25 through our mentorship and leadership training programs. Share your skills, life experience, and encouragement with the next generation.
Commitment: Monthly sessions plus occasional events; background check required.
Event & Outreach Coordinator
Help plan and execute community outreach events, food giveaways, and special programs. Ideal for organized, detail-oriented individuals who enjoy working with people.
Commitment: Flexible — event-based, typically 4–8 hours per event.
Women’s Empowerment Support
Assist with workshops, childcare coordination, and mentoring for our women’s empowerment program. Help create a safe and encouraging environment where women can grow and thrive.
Commitment: Bi-monthly meetings plus occasional workshops.
Administrative & Social Media Support
Support our team with data entry, communications, newsletter writing, or managing social media content. This role can often be done remotely.
Commitment: Flexible, approximately 2–4 hours per week.
